Aide QT

Bonsoir,
Je viens de découvrir que je n'ai plus accès à l'aide QT 7.6.6 !
J'ai réinstallé la version, rien à faire.
Vous avez une idée ?…

Safari ne parvient pas à trouver le fichier

Je suis en 10.5.8 et QT fonctionne parfaitement bien.
Mon problème est l'accès à l'aide...
Bonne journée, le monde appartient aux gens qui se lèvent tôt.

Ben oui et non. Il faut que tu retrouves le support où se trouve QT7 d'origine (sans doute le CD/DVD de ton ordi).
Tu fouilles ensuite là-dedans (un coup d'Onyx avant pour révéler les fichiers cachés)…

Bonjour,

Il me manquait "QuickTimePlayer.help" que j'ai récupéré merci hr pour ce don...

Seulement voilà, le problème reste entier malgré une réparation des autorisations et un coup d'Onyx.

Si je double clique sur "QuickTimeHelp.html", j'ai accès à l'aide par l'intermédiaire de Safari. Je vais me contenter de cette formule en espérant que la prochaine mise à jour...

Ce n'est sans doute pas le seul fichier qui manque. Il doit y avoir un .plist ou un truc dans le genre manquant ou endommagé et qui indique où se trouve l'aide.

Maintenant qu'on sait qu'on est sur Leopard, il conviendra de procéder comme suit :

Dans /Bibliothèque/Receipts/boms retirer les .pkg.bom concernant QuickTime.

Installer QuickTime 7.6.6

Si cela ne revient pas, ça signifie que l'aide n'est pas comprise dans QuickTime 7.6.6 mais dans les éléments essentiels du QuickTime de base installé avec le système.

Dans ce cas, passer par Archiver et installer ou utiliser Pacifist pour extraire les éléments manquant du DVD.

Bonsoir Doubleyou,
"retirer les .pkg.bom concernant QuickTime" n'ayant rien changé à mon problème, j'ai donc utilisé Pacifist.
Super outil qui a très extrait QT MAIS comme j'ai installé Léopard sur un G4 censé ne pas le supporter, j'ai eu droit au petit mot doux suivant :
Vous ne pouvez pas ouvrir l'application "QuickTime Player" car elle n'est pas prise en compte dans cette architecture.

Retour à la case départ...

A l'aide de "Léopard assit", j'ai réussi à installer QT 7.5.5 depuis le DVd d'installation grâce à Pacifist.
Aucun changement, l'aide refuse de faire surface...
Effectivement, il ne me reste plus qu'à "Archiver et installer" mais compte-tenu du temps nécessaire avec "Léopard assist", je ne m'y risquerai pas.
Je vais me contenter d'ouvrir le paquet et de double cliquer sur l'aide par Safari.
Avec un peu de chance, tout rentrera dans l'ordre lors d'une prochaine mise à jour de QT...
